The Leadership Maps Survey consists of 100 questions and takes about 45 minutes to complete. Here's how the process works:
1. Create an Account
Creating an account sets up your profile and provides basic information about you and your school/district. Once an account is created, you can return at any time to finish an incomplete survey.
2. Choose the Survey that's Right for You
The Leadership Maps Survey is available in both Central Office and School-level leader versions.
3. Take the Survey
Questions are presented 10 at a time. We'll save your answers after each page of 10 is completed. If for some reason you can't complete the survey in one sitting, you can always return at a later date, log in, and pick up where you left off.
4. Provide Student Achievement Data
Your school and/or district's student achievement data plays a key role in determining the outcome of your assessment. If you do not have it available, we highly suggest that you have your state/province/region's data at a minimum. We've provided links to US state Web sites to get you started:
5. Provide Payment Information
At the end of the survey, you'll be asked to provide payment information. The survey price is $199, and can be paid by using a major credit card.
6. Get Your Assesment Report
Upon receipt of payment, your Leadership Maps report will be available for instant download in PDF format. We'll also send you an email with a link to your report, which can be downloaded at any time within a year after payment has been made.
